Accountant access

Give your accountant the context, not your login.

Create a secure, read-only link to tax summaries, supporting transactions, and PDF reports — then revoke it whenever you choose.

  • Read-only by design
  • Expiring links
  • Revocable at any time

A cleaner handoff

Share the work without sending files back and forth.

Your accountant sees the current reviewed result in a focused workspace while account settings and connection credentials stay private.

01

One link, current records

Share tax summaries, transaction detail, and report downloads from a single focused view.

02

You control access

Choose an expiry, see active links, and revoke access immediately from your account.

03

Private account controls

API keys, wallet settings, billing, profile details, and edit actions remain unavailable.

How it works

A secure handoff in three steps.

01

Finish your review

Import the relevant history and resolve the transaction issues that affect the tax result.

02

Create a private link

Choose how long access should remain active and generate a unique read-only URL.

03

Stay in control

Your accountant reviews the records while you can monitor or revoke the link at any time.

Designed for trust

Only the information needed for tax review.

Accountant Access separates collaboration from account control, so the recipient can inspect the work without changing it.

Tax summaries

Share annual gains, losses, income summaries, readiness status, and the calculation context.

Supporting transactions

Let the recipient inspect the records behind a figure without granting edit permissions.

Report downloads

Make the latest generated PDF available from the same protected view.

No recipient account required

The secure link is the credential, so the accountant can review without creating another account.

Accountant access questions

Can my accountant edit transactions?+

No. Shared views are read-only and do not expose edit, import, billing, or settings controls.

Does the accountant need an account?+

No. They open the unique shared link directly and do not need your password or their own platform account.

What happens when a link expires?+

The shared view stops opening. You can create a new link later if the review needs to continue.

Can I revoke access early?+

Yes. Delete the active link from Tax Pro and it becomes unusable immediately.

A better way to collaborate

Prepare the work once. Share it securely.

Create your account, complete the tax review, and hand the result to your accountant without sharing credentials.
